Here are the steps for Corporate Tax Registration in UAE on the EmaraTax website:

  1. Go to the EmaraTax website. Log in with your EmaraTax account or UAE pass. If you are new, click “Sign up” to make an account.
  2. Once logged in, you will see a list of taxable people linked to you. If no one is listed, you will need to add someone.
  3. To register for corporate tax, click ” Register ” in the “Corporate Tax” box and click “Register”.
  4. Read the instructions on the next page. Check the box to say you have read them, then click “Start”.
  5. Choose what type of business you have from the list.
  6. Fill in all the information about your business. Click “Next Step” when you are done.
  7. Add information about what your business does. Click “Add Business Activity” & fill in all the details.
  8. Add information about who owns the business. Click “Add Owner” and fill in their details.
  9. If your business has any branches, select “Yes” and add their details.
  10. Fill in your business’s contact details.
  11. Add your business address.
  12. Add information about who can sign documents for your business. Click on the “Add Authorized Signatory” to do this.
  13. Look over all the information you have entered to make sure it is correct.
  14. Check the box to say all the information is true.
  15. Click “Submit” to send your application.
